While we photograph only in natural light and try our best to make sure that the colours shown on our website are accurate, actual colours may vary a little. The precise colour of the product may vary due to colour variability in computers, laptops, screen monitors, mobiles, tablets and or other devices screen peculiarities or resolution. We try to give as many colour choices as possible per design & give you actual product swatches as colour options on our website. Please be aware that we will not be responsible if the colour is not what you expected it to be at the time of purchase. Because all our products are custom made and cannot be returned for reasons of colour, please make sure that you understand that colour variations are possible from our photography of the actual products.
We share our standard size chart for all our products on our website. All our stitched products come with extra margin & stitches should you need to alter this. Annapakshi or the divine swan is a mythical bird that is often mistaken to be a peacock. Its body and beak resemble a swan whilst its elegant feathers and crest descend from the peacock. Legend says this mythical white bird or “Swetha Pakshi” flew down to earth from heaven. Widely known for its purity, Rigveda states this bird is said to have abilities that can separate pure milk from a solution of milk and water. The underlying theory of this thesis is that the bird has knowledge and wisdom to choose truth over falsehood, virtue over sin, real over make-believe.
Annapakshi is believed to be the vaahanam or vehicle of Goddess Saraswathi representing the free spirit of Lord Brahma.
