ANAHITA KASAVU SARI - SILVER KARA
Vishu invokes images of a Kani, Konna, Kaineettam, Kaavu, Vela, Aana, Crackers, Sadya & of course Vishukodi! A traditional Handloom Kasavu meets contemporary Handloom Khun this Vishu-Gudi Padwa! Khun baby elephants march on a Kasavu base for that Vishu feel. Anahita series of Saris, Cholis & Accessories to light up this Vishu.
We work with Handlooms & all our products are Handcrafted with love by our talented artisans & masters. Since our making process is entirely by hand, slight aberrations in textile, printing, painting, embroidery and sewing are bound to happen and cannot be considered as “damaged.” No two pieces will be alike in anything Handmade & that makes each piece unique.

Size:
We share our standard size chart for all our products on our website. All our stitched products come with extra margin & stitches should you need to alter this. We also offer unstitched fabric with artwork appliqued for most of our designs as an option. We stitch as per your unique order that is a combination of Design, Fabric, Colour, Sleeves or Sleeveless so it is a custom made for you & cannot be returned for reasons of wrong size.
Care for Fabrics:
- Preferably always dry clean. Or, gentle hand wash in cold water.
- Do not machine wash.
- Do not soak in water.
- Always dry in shade.
- Never use detergents or chemicals on the painting/embroidery/screen printing.
- Always iron the painting/embroidery/screen printing inside out.

Anahita means 'graceful', 'pure', 'without a fault', ‘innocent’, ‘unblemished’ & is also the name of an Iranian goddess associated with fertility, healing and wisdom. Our Kasavu series named Anahita is all that & then some more!
Pure Handloom Kasavu & Khun come together in this new collection for Vishu aptly named Anahita; pure, unblemished Kasavu with the graceful, gentle giants baby elephants or “Aana” in Khun appliquéd make for a style statement this summer.
Presenting the “Anahita Kasavu Sari”- an exquisite pure handloom Kasavu sari from the Kuthampilly looms with Khun appliquéd baby elephants 🐘 in the first 2.5 mtrs of the sari & silk tassles.
Our Anahita Khun cholis match the Anahita Kasavu Saris perfectly.

Material: Pure Handloom Kasavu sari. Applique is done with pure Handloom Khun.
